A Powerful Mix Of Old And New

The Beelink SER9 Pro mini PC contains a brand new CPU, the Ryzen AI 9 365 and it’s Radeon 880M as opposed to the Radeon 890M found in the Ryzen AI 9 HX 370.  That means you have less shaders to make use of but also a noticeably lower TDP which is likely why Beelink made that choice.  On the plus side the SER9 Pro is using LPDDR5X-8000, 500MHz higher than the previous model, and they stayed with dual PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 ports for storage.

The connectivity is unchanged, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, a 2.5G LAN port, two USB 3.2 Type-A, and two USB 2.0 Type A ports.  It still only has a single USB-4 and USB-C 10Gbps port, which might seem limited depending on how you planned on using the SER9 Pro.  Guru of 3D also noticed the wireless connection was WIFI6, which was limited to the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. If you were hoping for access to the 6GHz band or Wi-Fi 7, you are out of luck.
