Paid DLC And Free Updates Move From 2025 To November

If you have been holding off on buying Homeworld 3 your patience will pay off in two months.  When November rolls around two new factions will become playable, with new ships, artifacts and challenges, for those willing to pay for them.  If you aren’t looking for new ships to command in the three player co-op War Games mode, the free updates will include two Skirmish modes and new AI personas.

If you are a little disappointed that none of the aforementioned additions include the main campaign, don’t fret too much.  The last of the free updates in November add to the single player campaign and include an interesting sounding feature called “Player Controlled Mission end”.  We should see more details as the release date approaches, and we can hope for discounts to appear shortly afterwards.
